Detergent for Removal of Polishing Slurry

VALTRON® DP304 is a specially formulated, low surface tension, high-purity alkaline detergent developed for removing dried polishing slurries such as cerium oxide, colloidal silica (SiO2) as well as other contaminants. VALTRON® DP304 is formulated with a unique blend of low foaming nonionic, and low surface tension amphoteric surfactants. This provides a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) necessary to emulsify and remove the most diffcult slurry residue and prevent re-deposition of contaminants while maintaining excellent rinsability characteristics.
