The A7000 inline cleaning machine with water-based cleaning chemical liquid is used in electronic assembly industry remove of the flux residue, solder paste, solder ball, dust and other pollution on surface rinsing with DI water 100% cleanness no security risk and no damage with % , human and environment.
The whole system consists of chemical cleaning section, chemical ISO section DI water pre-rinse section DI water rinse section air knife drying section and hot air drying, section. Using electric as energy the conveyer transfers products to every section which is very efficient and convenient.
