KNK supports the calibration of Zestron EYE equipment for customers in Vietnam
“Zestron Eye is a device designed to measure and control the concentration of Zestron chemicals during the cleaning of Flux on PCBs. Accurate display of concentration allows factory engineers to easily understand the cleaning chemical situation and make improvements to enhance cleaning efficiency, thus saving cleaning chemicals during usage.
Why is it necessary to calibrate the Zestron Eye machine?
To ensure the accuracy of the Zestron Eye sensor in measuring and displaying concentration, preventing any impact on the effectiveness of Flux cleaning, calibrating the Zestron Eye machine is essential. Along with that, a quick calibration process will help the factory maintain continuous cleaning operations.
So, how does the calibration process of the Zestron Eye?
- Step 1: Remove Zestron Eye from the washing machine system.
- Step 2: Remove the controller unit from the washing machine system.
- Step 3: Send the equipment to the KNK Lab.
- Step 4: KNK Lab performs calibration and packaging, then returns the equipment to the factory.
- Step 5: Install the equipment back into the washing machine and resume product cleaning.
The time required for each calibration is between 1 to 4 days.
To maintain a stable and accurate cleaning process, enhance product quality, overall system performance, and save energy and cleaning chemicals, it is recommended that customers perform Zestron Eye calibration 1 to 2 times per year.
