As scheduled, with the desire to build a good tradition for the company, this year, KNK continues its journey to bring a warmer Tet to those in special circumstances at the Social Welfare and Charity Center of Ninh Binh Province.

We arrived at the center on a rainy afternoon, a heavy downpour that prevented many plans from being carried out, but it also gave us more time to share and listen to everyone’s stories. Unlike last year, this year I paid more attention to the elderly present at the center. The familiar stories persisted: no relatives, no children, or families unable to care for them, but they still left me silent.

All the worries in our organization process disappeared when the elderly enthusiastically participated in games, harmonizing with the music and songs. The moment we saw the elderly, even though illiterate, eagerly asking for paper to have their names written down to give us New Year wishes, was when we truly felt happy for what we had done.

I know that after we leave, the elderly will feel sad again, but I hope that brief fleeting moments will be beautiful memories preserved in each person’s heart. I wish the elderly and the young ones a warm and joyful Tet.
